We recommend booking CAST 3 to 6 months before your celebration. Larger events and peak dates need more lead time.

How does pricing work?
Pricing is customized to your celebration: guest count, venue, program and the support you need. Send your details and CAST will prepare a quotation before any payment is requested.
Can we bring our own suppliers?
Yes. CAST is flexible. You can work with your own suppliers, choose from CAST-accredited partners, or mix both. We also encourage your suppliers to join CAST as accredited partners.
