C.A.S.T. Events Organizing Services is an event planning company based in Las Piñas City, Metro Manila. The team works alongside a network of accredited vendors and venues across Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Parañaque, Cavite and Metro Manila.

CAST plans and organizes weddings, corporate events, birthdays and other celebrations. The team can help with event planning, venue sourcing, supplier coordination, event management, consultations and venue tours. Whatever you are planning, the first step is a conversation. Share what you imagine, talk through the support you need, and agree on next steps together. Scope, availability and costs are discussed directly with CAST for each event.

The CAST Vendor Network welcomes event professionals looking for exposure, credibility and networking. Categories include caterers, photographers, videographers, makeup artists, stylists, coordinators, emcees, entertainers, photo booths, mobile bars, florists, and lighting and technical suppliers.

CAST Venue Accreditation helps venues present their spaces to event clients: a professional listing, an accreditation badge, virtual tour integration, and visibility through CAST promotions and vendor referrals.

How to apply

  1. Tap Apply as a vendor or Apply as a venue.
  2. Choose Venue, Caterer or Other vendor and review the requirements.
  3. Tap Apply for Accreditation, sign in to your CAST account and submit. The CAST team reviews every application.

Partner access in the app. Accredited vendors, venues and authorized partner accounts sign in under Account → CAST Partner to reach their professional dashboard and partner tools.

Is CAST a planning service or an app?

Both. CAST offers event planning services through its team, and the CAST app helps you discover venues, vendors and services and organize your planning details. You can use either one, or both together.

What does CAST stand for?

CAST is our brand name: CAST, the event ecosystem. Our promise is in the tagline: Connect. Accredit. Grow.

Do I need an account to explore?

You can browse Explore without signing in. My Event, which holds your events and planning progress, uses a CAST client account.

How much does event planning cost?

Costs depend on your event and the support you need, so they aren’t listed here. Contact CAST to discuss your occasion.

How does pricing and payment work?

Pricing depends on your event, requirements, and the support you need. CAST will discuss the applicable price or provide a quotation before payment is requested. Once the details and amount have been confirmed, the CAST team will provide the appropriate payment instructions.

Can local and international clients make electronic payments?

Yes. Electronic payment options are available for the convenience of local and international clients, subject to the availability and requirements of the applicable payment channel. Payment instructions are provided after the service details and applicable amount have been confirmed.

Which areas does CAST serve?

CAST’s office is in BF Homes, Las Piñas City. CAST plans events in Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Parañaque, Cavite and Metro Manila. For events elsewhere, ask the team directly.

How soon will CAST reply to an inquiry?

CAST usually replies to online inquiries within 1 to 3 business days. For anything urgent, call during office hours.

Can I cancel or change my plans?

CAST’s Terms of Service cover bookings and changes. For your specific event, confirm the details with the team.

Is there a mobile app in the stores?

Yes. Get CAST on the App Store or Google Play, or use it on the web.
